What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Maintenance Manager position at GP Landscape?
GP Landscape provides landscape maintenance services to Homeowner Associations throughout Northern California. We are currently seeking an individual to oversee the growing landscape maintenance operations in our Stockton location.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Works closely with a team of account managers, supervisors and field personnel to provide management and leadership that supports a company culture of quality service, ensuring that the needs and expectations of our clients are fulfilled.
- Communicates regularly with clients to manage those needs and expectations and maintain strong relationships.
- Plans and directs landscape operations to coordinate and schedule the daily activities.
- Interviews, hires and trains new team members.
- Establishes and reviews labor and material budgets.
- Oversees the sales and management of all routine enhancements.
- Advanced level of Water Management knowledge required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a highly organized individual with the ability to inspire and lead others.
- Strong computer skills – Microsoft office is a must.
- Valid California drivers license.
- A clear understanding of landscape management and expectations for Home Owners Associations.
- Must have a strong understanding of pesticide and chemical use and correct application procedures.
- Commercial Pesticide Applicator License preferred or the ability to obtain one within one year.
