The ideal candidate will have 5 years in a similar position, AJERA Core Accounting Software proficiency, and experience in office management. Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain financial statements, accounts payable, expense reports, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with state and local regulations for business licenses and pre-qualifications.
- Experience with executive scheduling and travel reservation.
- Monitors and mentor administrative staff.
- Assists with large company events.
- Meet deadlines and implement office policies.
- 5 years of experience in a similar Office Account Manager role.
- Experience managing and training office and administrative staff.
- AJERA Core Accounting Software required!
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Efficient analysis and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
