Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in a defined sales territory
- Recommend agronomic solutions including seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products
- Coordinate with operations for timely product delivery and application
- Monitor crop progress and provide follow-up support throughout the season
- Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and products
- BS in Agronomy/crop science/agribusiness/other related field of study OR equivilant professional work experience
- Background in agronomy, ag sales, or crop consulting preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license; clean driving record
