The Architectural Designer will be tasked with day-to-day delivery of architectural designs, construction documentation, administrative tasks, and other routine maintenance duties to keep projects moving along on schedule.
Responsibilities
- The Architectural Designer will be responsible for project deliverables during all phases of multifamily and mixed-use projects.
- Assist project managers with the day-to-day coordination of various projects.
- Produce high quality and accurate construction documents within the allotted time and budget.
- Design, sketch, and provide drawings of proposed projects.
- Maintain excellent relationships at all levels, internally and externally, with production staff, ownership, clients, consultants, and contractors.
- B.S or M.S degree in Architecture.
- Architecture license preferred, but not required.
- 5 years of working experience with schematic design through construction administration phases.
- Strong foundational knowledge of construction documentation.
- Experience interacting with outside consulting engineers, specification research, obtaining agency approvals, and working with contractors in a plus.
- Strong proficiency with Revit is required!
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills are essential.
