Architectural Project Manager

Our client is a leading architecture and design firm dedicated to delivering innovative, high-quality projects across various sectors. Seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join their talented team and lead projects from concept through completion.

Position Overview :   The  Architectural Project Manager  will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle, from design development and client meetings to construction administration. This role requires a strong leader with outstanding communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a background in architecture, a solid understanding of construction processes, and a proven record of successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead project teams in developing design solutions that align with client goals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and team members.
  • Oversee all phases of project development, including conceptual design, design development, and construction documentation.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, and other team members to ensure a smooth project workflow.
  • Conduct site visits, oversee project progress, and address any issues that may arise during construction.
  • Prepare and review project documents to ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff and team members to enhance skill development and project contributions.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Licensed Architect preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural project management, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software and architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-service orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Comprehensive understanding of local codes, building regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
