We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Architectural Project Manager to join our team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working remotely and onsite, providing the perfect blend of independence and collaboration. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process, from conceptualization through construction administration. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with building codes, and managing project timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the architectural design and construction administration process, from initial planning to completion
- Coordinating with clients, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Conducting occasional site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications.
- Leading and managing the project team, including architects, engineers, and other professionals.
- Managing project budgets and schedules.
- Reporting project status and progress to senior management and clients.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Architecture
- Must be a Licensed Architect.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in architectural project management.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve design and construction issues effectively.
- Proficiency in architectural software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with onsite visits and meetings.
