Key Responsibilities
- Assist the DON in overseeing nursing operations to ensure the highest standards of resident care.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Participate in staff training and the onboarding of new employees, including trainees from our partner trade school.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, ensuring excellence in resident outcomes.
- 2-3 years of experience as an ADON or in a nursing leadership role preferably in long-term care.
- A valid RN license.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, can-do approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
