Job Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor at Far Rockaway Center will be responsible for the following job responsibilities:
* Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet the care requirements of our residents
* Establishing a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families
* Providing information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests
* Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Long-Term Care experience, a valid Registered Nurse license, and excellent communication skills. They should also be familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs.
