What You'll Do
- Represent employees in a variety of employment law matters, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage disputes.
- Assess potential cases with a discerning eye, ensuring alignment with the firm's mission and values.
- Develop case strategies, draft pleadings, and advocate for clients in court and administrative hearings.
- Engage in negotiations and mediations with employers and their legal teams.
- Work alongside a team of dedicated attorneys committed to making a difference in employment law.
- Plaintiff-side employment law experience (2 years preferred).
- A strategic mindset with a passion for protecting workers' rights.
- Strong litigation skills, including motion practice, discovery, and trial advocacy.
- Ability to evaluate cases effectively and engage with clients in a meaningful way.
- A team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
