Summary :
The Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) plays a vital role in designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in evidence-based ABA interventions, a commitment to ethical practice, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
