Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to provide holistic support for clients.
- Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay current on research and best practices in the field of behavioral health and special education.
Skills
