What You'll Do

• Engage with customers from all over, helping them choose the perfect boat for their lifestyle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning buyers.
• Conduct on-site boat showings, test drives, and product demos to showcase the latest models.
• Stay ahead of market trends to confidently educate customers and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

• A go-getter with a passion for sales and boating.
• Experience in boat sales, automotive sales, or other high-ticket sales fields.
• A natural ability to connect with customers and close deals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads and follow-ups effectively.
