What are the responsibilities and job description for the Boat Attendant position at Lake of the Ozarks State Park Marina?
If you love spending time on the lake and want to earn extra cash this summer, we've got a spot for you! Join us at the Grand Glaize Marina (PB2) in Osage Beach! We offer a fleet of rental boats, slips and fuel dock! It's a great opportunity to earn tips!
What you will be doing:
- Prepare boat rentals for the day, land boats, safely tie, secure and send boats off
- Assist guests in the rental of boats; safely help load and unload guests from boats. Ensure customers watch safety video, contact is signed, check out equipment, check weather before launch
- Follow all company safety procedures while handling the boat fleet and inform guests of safety expectations in a professional manner
- Fuel boats and enforce dock fueling process
- Use computerized point of sale system
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Frequent bending, twisting, lifting and squatting will be required
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
