Role Overview :
The Chief Pilot will oversee the daily management and leadership of our flight crew, ensuring safety, regulatory adherence, service excellence, and the growth of our Part 135 Charter Operations and skilled pilot team. While some flying is involved, this role is primarily administrative, based at our Corporate Headquarters, working with Flight Operations, Sales, and Service teams to support our crews and clients. Ideal candidates will have leadership experience in Part 135 Charter Operations, a people-centric leadership style, and a drive for organizational and personal growth.
Work Schedule :
- Flexible office hours with some remote work options.
- Approximately five flying days per month, as required.
