Position Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities
- 3 years of litigation experience required (must have)
- Paralegal certificate preferred, not required
- On-Site
- Support Attorneys handling suits and claims related to automobile accidents, construction disputes, product liability, and workers' compensation matters
- Perform administrative duties such as calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, and manage logistics
- Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents
- Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- Excellent typing and phone skills required
- Experience with Outlook and Word preferred
- Experience with Worldox preferred
- Competitive salary: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
