LITIGATION PARALEGAL
POSITION: In-Office & Fulltime
JOB DESCRIPTION- Paralegal for litigation practice group. This Paralegal will play a critical role in supporting attorneys by providing tasks including document creation, departmental file organization and file maintenance. This individual must have a strong understanding of case management, legal research, document preparation, legal discovery, trial preparation and litigation technology.

JOB DESCRIPTION- Paralegal for litigation practice group. This Paralegal will play a critical role in supporting attorneys by providing tasks including document creation, departmental file organization and file maintenance. This individual must have a strong understanding of case management, legal research, document preparation, legal discovery, trial preparation and litigation technology.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Draft and organize various legal documents including, but not limited to motions, pleadings, interrogatories, correspondence, and other documents related to the discovery process during litigation
- Manage trial calendars for the legal team, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Creation of discovery indices
- Scheduling of expert witnesses
- Communications with all parties to litigation
- Provide trial support, including fact-checking, evidence preparation, presentations and technology support
- Maintain organized case files and databases
- Paralegal degree or paralegal certificate preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of legal drafting and law office procedures
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a high volume of cases and efficiently meet deadlines
- Proficiency in legal research and case management software. Pro-Law preferred.
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels.
