Responsibilities
- Represent clients in class action, federal litigation and other complex litigation matters.
- Conduct research, analyze legal precedents, and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs required in the course of the litigation.
- Possess strong knowledge of current legal trends, laws, and regulations related to class action lawsuits and federal courts and proceedures.
- Manage all phases of litigation including discovery, pretrial, trial, and appellate processes.
- Be able to apply sound judgment, effective communication, and analytical reasoning to develop optimal litigation strategies.
- A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 5-6 years of experience practicing litigation & Class Action law.
- Admitted to practice in Illinois.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competitive salary of $150k
- 401k plan.- Bonuses (share of judgement or award)

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
