Class Action Senior Associate or Counsel (Labor & Employment)
Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a highly motivated senior associate or senior counsel to join its dynamic and growing Class Action group. This position can be based in the following offices : Chicago, Houston, Philadelphia, Dallas, Atlanta, or Austin. Please note that this firm offers a hybrid work environment.
The estimated salary for this position is $350,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications :
- 7 years of substantive experience in complex litigation and a desire to handle cutting edge class action work
- Experience in defending class action lawsuits, such as employment discrimination, workplace privacy, EEOC / DOL, wage and hour claims, statutory or common law privacy, products liability, or consumer fraud
- Excellent research and writing skills
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Membership in the state bar for the market where you are applying, or the ability to become barred in that state
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary : $350,000
