We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join our precision metals CNC shop on the night shift. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC machining, with expertise in operating and setting up CNC mills and/or lathes to manufacture precision components. The ideal candidate will have strong blueprint reading skills, a solid understanding of tooling and fixturing, and the ability to perform first-piece inspections to ensure accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines and/or lathes to produce precision metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings to determine machining specifications.
- Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters for efficient machining operations.
- Perform first-piece inspections and adjust setups as needed to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot machining processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure all work meets strict quality control standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve machining processes.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding machine maintenance, documentation, and quality compliance.
- Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and machining specifications.
- Experience with CNC machine setup, tooling selection, and first-piece inspections.
- Familiarity with common machining materials, tolerances, and cutting strategies.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work the night shift and occasional overtime as needed.
- Experience with multi-axis CNC machining.
- Knowledge of CAM programming and G-code editing.
- Prior experience working in an ISO-certified manufacturing environment.
