Responsibilities
- Develop CNC programs using software such as MasterCam and Fusion360.
- Set up and program CNC machines including 2 axis lathes Multi spindle and Multi turret lathes
- Programing Haas, Okuma, Eurotech would be a plus
- Perform First article programing and checks using coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
- Interpret technical drawings and geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T)
- Collaborate with engineers and production team to optimize machining processes
- Proficiency in CNC programming and operation
- Knowledge of machining techniques, processes and speeds & feeds
- Experience with CAD-CAM software, particularly MasterCam, and Fusion360
- Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) Programing
- Understanding of geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T)
