As a Commercial Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution and operation of diverse commercial construction projects. Collaborating closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and vendors, you will be responsible for ensuring projects adhere to schedules and budgets while maintaining the highest standards of safety. Your leadership will be instrumental in supervising both employees and subcontractors, overseeing work progression, and upholding strict compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operations of commercial construction projects, working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Supervise and manage the work of employees and subcontractors, conducting regular inspections to ensure quality and progress.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain project schedules and budgets, making necessary adjustments when required.
• Enforce rigorous adherence to safety procedures and guidelines across all project phases.
• Utilize your experience in commercial construction projects to bring insights and expertise to the team.
  
  

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the commercial construction sector
• Preferred but not required: A 2-year or 4-year degree in Construction or a related field.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, conflict management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability in proactive project planning for all construction phases: Safety, Productivity, Scheduling, Labor, Materials, and Equipment.
