Job Description : We are looking for a motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager for our insurance team, must have 5-7 years of experience in commercial insurance to manage and support our diverse portfolio of business clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, excellent client management skills, leadership skills, and a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing a book of commercial lines accounts, helping to provide service support for the commercial lines producers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Work closely with underwriters and insurers to secure coverage and negotiate terms.
- Review and analyze policy renewals, endorsements, and changes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, claims processes, and coverage adjustments.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals, reports, and documentation as needed.
