We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to drive the growth of our HNW program, focusing on increasing revenue through engagement with a targeted portfolio of partners. This key position will oversee the development, management, and scaling of partnership strategies, aligning with the organization’s growth goals while enabling measurable success.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a partnership strategy to drive revenue, setting clear growth objectives and ensuring alignment with company priorities.
- Negotiate and manage legal and financial agreements to support prioritized partner models as part of the global strategy.
- Lead collaboration between our field sales team and partners across co-sell, reseller, referral, and teaming models.
- Support business planning, product and sales training, marketing events, and demand generation to maximize partnership impact.
- Cultivate strong, mutually beneficial relationships with partners, demonstrating the value of partnership and securing investment in both time and resources.
- Adopt a proactive approach to identify and engage with partner executives, showcasing the value of collaborating with our company.
- Maintain a proven track record of success and over-achievement in previous roles, consistently driving business results.
- Build and manage relationships with partner and sales executives to ensure efficient collaboration and accelerate new business opportunities.
- Foster transparent communication to enhance the partner and customer experience.
- Work closely with strategy leads, product managers, Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, and partners to fully leverage the potential of each partnership.
- Support the implementation of customized partner models and GTM strategies.
- Establish and manage a clear governance framework for partner relationships, including quarterly business reviews, monthly status meetings, and other essential activities.
- Contribute to the development of competitive sales enablement materials such as presentations, briefs, white papers, and web content to showcase our solutions within partner offerings.
- Oversee the partner activation budget, ensuring effective management of resources.
- Leverage data and metrics to track partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous program improvement.
