Key Responsibilities
- Source and develop new commercial loan opportunities.
- Structure and collateralize loans effectively.
- Maintain and expand a strong portfolio of loan and deposit business in Chatham and surrounding counties in West Central Georgia.
- Build and maintain strong community relationships.
- Represent the bank at various civic and community events.
- Manage time efficiently and promote all bank products and services.
- Foster deep client relationships unique to community banks.
- Proven experience in commercial loan structuring and collateralization.
- Demonstrated average annual commercial loan production in excess of $16MM.
- Established book of loan and deposit business in the Chatham County, GA area.
- Strong community connections and involvement.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to effectively promote bank products and services.
