What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the estimating department for commercial roofing projects
- Prepare detailed bids, takeoffs, and proposals for a variety of systems
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and ownership to ensure bid accuracy and execution
- Mentor and train junior estimators for long-term team development
- 10 years of experience in commercial roofing estimating
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- In-depth knowledge of multiple commercial roofing systems
- Experience managing multiple large-scale projects across various markets
