Position: Commercial Roofing Service Estimating Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60K - $80K based on experience

Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead and manage the service estimating department, overseeing all aspects of commercial roofing service estimates.
• Collaborate with the sales team to review project scope and requirements, providing accurate and timely estimates for service projects.
• Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to determine material and labor requirements.
• Conduct on-site assessments and inspections to assess project needs and identify potential challenges or opportunities.
• Develop detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Utilize industry-leading software and tools to create professional proposals and presentations for clients.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and material costs to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing estimation, with demonstrated expertise in service estimating.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools, CenterPoint Connect, Sumo Quote, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop a team of estimators.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
