Key Qualifications

• Experience: At least 5 years supervising and installing ALL COMMERCIAL ROOFING SYSTEMS.
• Project Management: Proven experience managing commercial roofing projects.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in computer systems, organizational skills, and project tracking.
• Certifications: OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams effectively.
• Technical Knowledge: Skilled in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
• Safety and Quality Focus: Experience conducting safety meetings, inspections, and completing QC/QA forms.
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic project environments.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings to maintain compliance and quality standards.
