Position : Commercial Title Coordinator
Location : NYC-based with remote opportunity

Qualifications :
- Education : High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience :
- Title Producer License and Notary preferred
- 3 years in the title industry, with expertise in NY, NJ, and PA transactions
- Experience in title insurance, handling commercial files with a pipeline of 40-60 files at any given time
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
- Soft Skills : Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, high attention to detail, and ability to embody the company’s core values : client focus, teamwork, integrity, and innovation
