Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Title Examiner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for examining titles, searching real estate records, and compiling essential documentation related to mortgage and other contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial title examination and be able to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications Required :
- Education :
- High school diploma (required)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience :
- 3-5 years of commercial title examination experience is required
- Technical Skills :
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
