A leading Florida General Contractor, committed to excellence in everything they is currently seeking an experienced Vice President of Field Operations to join their team and lead their field operations to new heights. Field executives with hi-rise experience are preferred.
The Vice President of Field Operations will play a key leadership role in overseeing the strategic direction and operational execution of all field operations activities. This includes managing regional teams, optimizing operational efficiency, ensuring safety and compliance, and driving continuous improvement across the field. The VP will work closely with the executive team to align operational goals with the company’s overall strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage all field operations to ensure consistent quality and performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee and support regional managers and field staff, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Establish and maintain a culture of safety, compliance, and quality across all field operations.
- Drive the recruitment, training, and development of field staff to maintain a high-performing team.
- Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to ensure cross-functional alignment and contribute to company-wide initiatives.
- Manage budgets and resources for field operations to optimize profitability and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company-specific policies and procedures.
