Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Litigation Attorney with 7 years of experience to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex business litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Provide strategic legal advice and counseling to business clients in a variety of industries.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling business-related litigation, including contract disputes, shareholder actions, commercial torts, employment matters, and more.
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business litigation, with significant experience in complex commercial disputes.
- Strong knowledge of California business and civil procedure law.
