The right candidate will have a can-do attitude with a strong work ethic and work well as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing or performing all accounting functions (A / R, A / P, Payroll, QC Enterprise accounting software, banking and cash flow, monthly / annual financial statements, and other internal and external reports).
- Responsible for managing accounting and office management staff members.
- Responsible for various Office Management areas such as : Human Resources, Benefits Management, Computer / Telecom and other areas as needed.
- Responsible for Environmental and Regulatory compliance and reporting.
- Oversee year-end and month-end inventory and reconciling.
- Prepare journal entries to record daily and monthly financial transactions.
