Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Advise clients on compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Represent clients in corporate transactions, including real estate and mergers and acquisitions.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Participate in client meetings and provide strategic advice on corporate matters.
- Assist in the development of business strategies and risk management.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar.
- 8-10 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, contracts, and business transactions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
