Corporate Transactional Attorney, M&A, RE, Finance - Houston Practice Group
An established boutique commercial law firm with a highly collegial environment, is currently seeking a Transactional Corporate, Real Estate, M&A & Finance Associate Attorney to join their team full-time in Houston.
The salary for this role will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience, a top market base salary with generous performance-based year-end bonuses.
Skills and Requirements :
- 2 years' experience
- Applicants must live in Houston and be able to work in-office
- Experience in transactional, M&A and Real Estate work
- Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long-term
- Professional, organized and collegiall
