Responsibilities :
Operate Cranes Safely : Utilize various types of cranes to lift, move, position, and reposition loads, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
Equipment Maintenance : Conduct regular inspections of the crane equipment to identify and address any maintenance needs promptly. Report any malfunctions or defects to the maintenance team.
Load Management : Determine load weights and ensure that cranes are appropriately configured for each job. Safely secure loads for transport and manage load movement with precision.
Communication : Collaborate effectively with ground personnel and other team members, using hand signals, radios, or other communication devices to ensure smooth and safe crane operations.
Adherence to Regulations : Stay informed and comply with all relevant industry regulations, standards, and company policies related to crane operation and safety.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including load charts, maintenance logs, and any incidents or accidents. Report these records as required.
Emergency Response : Be prepared to respond to emergency situations and take appropriate action to mitigate risks. Participate in regular safety drills and training.
Qualifications :
Experience : Proven experience as a Crane Operator, with a minimum of [X] years of relevant experience.
