Director Of Operations Responsibilites
- Coach and direct staff. Set goals. Monitor performance.
- Conduct performance/salary reviews.
- Manage accounts payable/accounts receivable utilizing QuickBooks.
- Maintain financial records - P&L Statements, Balance Sheet.
- Oversee/back accounting.
- IT as needed.
- Communicate operational changes.
- Coordinate research, analysis, cost justification, and implementation of operations related to technologies and resources.
- Manage HR activities
- Serve on the Management Team
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business
- 3-5 years operations experience with proven supervisory experience
- Knowledge of IT.
- Proficient use of computer
- Customer-centric with excellent relationship and adaptability skills
- Detailed, well-organized, with strong communication skills
- Exhibits a strong team-player attitude in helping co-workers succeed
- Results-oriented with a high level of integrity and dependability
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment while making decisions based on accurate and timely analysi
- Must have the ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service
- High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment
