What you'll do... Lead our teams to support our production. You will do scheduling of shipments and for production. Maintain Inventory control while keeping company standards. Working with vendors to place orders of ingredients and equipment that is needed. Placing orders and making sure that the shipment arrives on time with quality standards so our product can meet the same standards it has for 60 years prior. Knowledge ERP and MRP systems is a must.

What You MUST Have...
- Food experience in the manufacturing industry as a Plant Manager or a Director of Opperations.
- Knowledge of ERP and MRP systems

- Work a 32-35 hour work week but get paid for a full 40
- Possibility for a hybrid position working from home 1-2 days a week
