Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Construction Project Manager / Estimator to manage projects from estimating through completion. You’ll collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate estimates, timely execution, and adherence to budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review project plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical systems.
- Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
- Work with design teams to ensure the proper scope of work.
- Prepare and submit bids and proposals to clients and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for pricing on materials and equipment.
- Monitor project progress, track costs, and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Oversee change orders and reflect them in final project costs.
- Lead teams to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to keep stakeholders informed.
