Engineering Lab Manager

Currently working with a a high-tech developer and manufacturer of precision time and frequency products has a need for an Engineering Lab Manager to support the assembly/alignment/testing of RF/Microwave electronic component assemblies starting with PC sub-assemblies to modules to system integration.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering (Required)
• 10yrs Engineering background working Product Lifecycle Management system
• Able to generate in-process test procedures/data sheets for PCA's, modules and top-level system testing
• Able to design and creation of system interface test fixturing
• Review of customer performance specifications (EQ spec) and customer supplied documentation
• Familiarity with EEE parts selection, including characterization/evaluation, screening, traceability and derating requirements for space applications including radiation
