Our client, a local General Contractor with a great reputation, is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team.

Estimator Responsibilities
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for projects.
- Obtain and compare quotes for labor, equipment, and materials from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project completion.
- Maintain accurate estimating records and provide ongoing analysis to improve project performance.
Esstimator Job Functions
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
- Understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction estimating software.
Estimator Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- 5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The position offers a salary range of $89,000 - $125,000, as well as benefits including medical coverage and a 401(k) plan.
