Looking for someone with prior milling or grain elevator experience capable of hitting-the-ground-running. Feed Mill Manager Responsibilities
- Help establish company goals for Preventative Maintenance and Production
- Oversee production
- Manage a crew of 5 employees
- Maintain and repair mechanical issues within the mill
- Utilize company resources
- Prior experience within a milling or grain elevator setting
- Ability to train and manage crew
- Strong mechanical/maintenance background with the ability to troubleshoot
