Key Responsibilities:
- Manage liquid and/or dry fertilizer facilities, collaborating with agronomy procurement to ensure efficient inventory management, pricing, and delivery scheduling.
- Learn and understand agronomy operations, contracts, work orders, logistics, dispatching, and other related functions.
- Ensure compliance with customer licensing requirements for restricted-use pesticides and understand the capabilities and limitations of equipment (floaters, rogators, tenders, etc.).
- Oversee the unloading of train cars with agronomy products and guarantee adherence to safety, environmental, health, regulatory, maintenance, quality, and customer standards.
- Provide professional assistance to patrons at the location, helping them make informed agronomic purchasing decisions.
- Coordinate with custom applicators and tanks to optimize the spreading, spraying, and delivery of bulk fertilizer, ensuring cost-effective use of equipment.
