Job Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain control panels for water and wastewater treatment plants.
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on PLC and HMI systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Conduct testing and calibration of electrical and mechanical components.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure system accuracy and efficiency.
- Train and assist customers on system operations and maintenance.
- Maintain detailed service records and provide feedback for system improvements.
- Travel up to 50% to client sites for installations, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
- Associate degree in Electromechanical Technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in control panel assembly, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Strong knowledge of PLC and HMI programming and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical diagnostics.
- Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and technical drawings.
- Experience working in water and wastewater treatment applications preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays when required.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
