Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience with : NAV facilities, margin loans, hedge fund financing, leverage financing, or subscription facilities in a large law firm setting.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Min. of 10 years practicing commercial finance law.
- Book of business REQUIRED
- Salary : $2000,000 to $300,000
