We are seeking a skilled Construction Inspector to conduct inspections on commercial and residential construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform construction inspections for commercial and residential projects.
• Evaluate reinforced concrete, soil conditions, aggregates, asphalt, and foundations.
• Document and report findings to clients and project teams.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and field personnel.
A certification as an ICC, ACI, or WACEL Reinforced Concrete Inspector or equivalent is required. Previous experience in construction, soil testing, or problem soils monitoring is preferred.
