What are the responsibilities and job description for the Geotechnical Engineer position at GPAC?
I have a top engineering firm in the area that is looking to add a Geotechnical Engineer to their team.
Geotechnical Engineer Responsibilities :
- Perform analysis for retaining walls and bridges, structures and buildings, dams and levees
- Data reduction and organization to provide recommendations for foundation design
- On-site observation of excavation techniques and soil sampling
- Co-design multiple geotechnical engineering projects, concurrently
- Co-coordinate and execute various projects with geotechnical staff
- Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives.
