The successful candidate will also be responsible for crafting detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings, as well as overseeing projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and plans for luxury homes
- Ensure adherence to zoning laws and building codes
- Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings
- Oversee projects from concept through completion, coordinating with contractors and consultants
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- ~5 years of experience in luxury residential architecture
