We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High End Custom Home Superintendent to join our prestigious High-End Custom Home Building team. Our company specializes in creating luxurious, bespoke homes that exceed the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. As a Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of our projects, ensuring they are completed with exceptional attention to detail, on schedule, and within budget. 5 to 15 years of experiance preffered.
Responsibilities :
Project Management : Lead and manage high-end custom home building projects from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects are meticulously planned and executed.
Budget and Schedule : As a High End Custom Home Superintendent you will Collaborate with the project management team to establish budgets and timelines, and actively monitor progress to meet or exceed targets.
Quality Assurance : Maintain strict quality control measures throughout the construction process to guarantee the delivery of superior craftsmanship and impeccable finishing.
Subcontractor Management : High End Custom Home Superintendent will versee subcontractor selection and performance to ensure they meet our standards of excellence and adhere to project specifications.
Safety Compliance : Uphold a strong commitment to safety protocols and regulations on-site, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
High-End Home Remodeling : Utilize your expertise in high-end home remodeling to enhance our capabilities and cater to clients seeking renovation and remodeling services.
Requirements :
Proven Experience : Demonstrated track record of successfully managing high-end custom home building projects valued at or above $3 million.
High-End Home Remodeling : Substantial experience in high-end home remodeling projects, showcasing your ability to handle complex renovations and upgrades.
Strong Leadership : A High End Custom Home Superintendent excellent leadership skills to effectively manage construction teams and subcontractors, inspiring them to achieve excellence.
Organizational Skills : Exceptional organizational abilities to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
