Key Responsibilities:
- Reduce downtime, increase efficiencies and direct all aspects of department operation including repairs and maintenance.
- Initiates, implements and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the protein industry.
- Supervises work through site inspection, review of reports and communication with vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or knowledge/relevant experience equivalent to such degree preferred.
- Must have experience in Industrial maintenance in a food manufacturing facility.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
