One of our top clients is seeking a talented and experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a hybrid position, offering a flexible work arrangement that combines remote work with in-office collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex insurance policies and contracts.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court and at mediation.
- Advise clients on insurance coverage issues.
- Manage a diverse caseload.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the Arizona State Bar.
- 3-8 years of experience in insurance coverage law.
- Strong understanding of insurance law principles and practices.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
